Players Tour Championship, known as PTC, is a professional snooker tournament series organised by the World Snooker Association (WSA) for the 2011-2012 professional snooker season.
The promoters of this event are Chris Henry, Director of Acuerate and Ignace Uytdenhouwen, a representative of the Belgium Billiards & Snooker Association vzw (BBSA) and Flemish Snooker Federation vzw (VSF). Brandon Parker of World Snooker Limited will also be playing a key role.
The tournament will take place between 17 and 21 October 2012 at the Lotto Arena in Antwerp. This venue offers a unique opportunity for an open plan table layout allowing spectators to view all matches from the same seat and from 10am until close of play in the evening.
The lotto arena is a high level, professional venue for both spectators and players alike.
Several exhibitors will be present during the event offering a range of products and services at favourable prices. Snooker fans will have the perfect opportunity to watch and even rub shoulders with their favourite professional main tour players.
Amateur players from mainland Europe can participate in the new Amateur cup tournament.
This is a completely seperate event from the PTC. There will not be a plate tournament.
